Gatcombe is a 230 acre family run working robotic dairy farm set in its own secluded valley just half a mile from the A3052 for easy access. This traditional Devon farm has been in the Reed family for 3 generations and at present is farmed by Robert, Julie and their children, Thomas, Lauren and Nicholas.
With just 2 ensuite bedrooms, the personal touch is key for guests to relax, unwind and recharge whilst holidaying, visiting friends and family and exploring our beautiful countryside.
Combe House Bed and Breakfast accommodation conveniently set in the centre of the ancient East Devon town of Colyton.
Situated on the edge of the Axe Valley, and surrounded by beautiful unspoilt rolling countryside, this B & B accommodation is perfectly situated for your holiday explorations of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Devon and Dorset.
The accommodation provides three well appointed, comfortable guest bedrooms and is within easy reach of the famous Jurassic Coast and the popular harbours and villages of Beer, Branscombe and Lyme Regis
Come and stay with us in the heart of the beautiful green East Devon countryside. Just one mile from the unspoilt coastal village of Branscombe, and England's first World Heritage Site, the famous Jurassic Coast.
Coombe View Farm offers basic camping, where it is possible to cast off the modern world, go back in time and immerse yourself in a simple, stress-free life! However, we do provide free WiFi which covers most of the campsite (not guaranteed) if you can't bear to be cut off. Our campsite welcomes touring caravans, motorhomes, camper vans, and tents. We also have two mobile homes available to rent.
Set in seven acres the Sid Valley Country House Hotel, originally 17th Century, is one of those special places that is rarely found. There is no better way to discover Devon, inland and coast, than at the Sid Valley, which provides a relaxed atmosphere with professional service and luxurious surroundings, spacious and comfortably furnished lounges, attentiveness, efficiency and hospitality and staff to aid relaxation and provide a peaceful retreat.
Relax and enjoy a drink and good company in the bar or one of our residential lounges, where we offer unobtrusive service. Flowers adorn all the rooms, their scent in competition with the tang of wood smoke from the log fires.
All our food home made and prepared daily from fresh produce - with our own home baked bread. We use seasonal and local ingredients wherever possible - some of our produce is even home grown! A wide and varied menu is always available in our restaurant.
The well stocked wine cellar offers European and New World wines, and perhaps afterwards a liquer to round off the evening.

Home Farm is a 13 bedroom family run hotel/restaurant/bar, situated in 3 acres, and is located on the A35 between Honiton and Axminster. All our rooms are renovated in a country cottage style.
Our award-winning restaurant (Taste of West Gold 2016) is open to both non-residents and residents 7 days a week, from 6pm to 9pm. There is a reduced menu on a Sunday evening. Exeter city centre and Exeter Airport are both approximately 20 minutes away, whilst the Jurassic coast towns of Beer, Branscombe, Seaton, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are all within a 15 minute drive.

Offering a ground floor Apartment and Room Only accommodation all year round. Belmont House is set in the heart of the delightful Devon fishing village of Beer, A narrow cove between gleaming white headlands with, a gurgling stream running through its centre.
Just two minutes easy walk from the beach and restaurants. Belmont House is a charming 200-year-old flint fisherman's cottage with a boutique-style interior.
It is conveniently surrounded by a wealth of pubs and restaurants, all of which are in easy walking distance.

Harepath End is a self-contained ground floor guest suite with its own access and parking. The suite forms part of a larger private residence which is surrounded by fields and an orchard. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please.

The Cider Press
This holiday let was once a place for making and storing cider. By restoring this historical building, we have added a touch of modern magic while still keeping this East Devon farm let homely and comfortable. Relax with stunning countryside and garden views while enjoying free WiFi throughout your accommodation. The room layout is upside-down, i.e. living area upstairs, sleeping area downstairs.
The Wagon House
With a large glass fasade exterior and an interior that makes you want to cuddle up next to the wood burner for a night of chatting and films, the Wagon House appeals to all. Sleeping up to four people, great for two couples or family with two children. The Wagon House boasts underfloor heating to keep you warm when temperatures drop and there is free WiFi throughout the let.

This historical building has recently given a new lease of life in Easter 2018 and is now available as a holiday cottage.
